Out of Line is a New York–based design firm founded by Danielle Kemble and Sevki Topcu. We are a team of architects, designers, and engineers driven by curiosity, rigorous research, and a spirit of discovery.
Our experience working with individuals, leading institutions, and corporations gives us a unique perspective on how spaces operate across scales and sectors. We intentionally blur conventional boundaries between hospitality and the arts, workplace and residential, creating environments that are hybrid, adaptive, and deeply attuned to contemporary life.

Each project begins with a journey of discovery. We work closely with our clients to uncover their vision, ambitions, and worldview, then pair this understanding with in-depth research into context, culture, environment, and financial feasibility. This layered process allows us to craft spaces that feel both unexpected and grounded. We aim to create spaces that foster meaningful connections between people and place.
